Get paid on time without awkward follow-ups.

Get paid on time without writing every reminder yourself. We automate invoice reminders and payment follow-ups for your firm's own billing, so your team spends less time chasing fees. Reminders go out on a schedule you approve and stop once your books show the payment.

The fine print, in large print.

The questions partners ask before anything else, answered up front.

  • Paid for means yours

Once it's paid for, the code is yours, documented and handed over. No lock-in.

  • Self-hosting in Canada

Want more control over your data? We can self-host your automations on AWS servers in Canada.

  • Your books stay put

We work on top of QuickBooks Online or Xero. Nothing to migrate.

Common questions

Can we pause reminders for certain clients?

Yes. We build in a simple way to exclude clients or pause reminders, for example while you sort out a billing question or agree on a payment plan. Your team decides who gets reminders and when, and you approve the schedule and wording before anything goes out.

What about the reminders built into our accounting software?

If the reminders built into QuickBooks Online or Xero do the job, we'll say so, and you won't need us for this. We build on top when you need more control, such as different schedules for different clients, a weekly summary for partners, or messages in your firm's voice.

Will reminders upset our clients?

We write the reminders with you, in your firm's voice, and you approve every message before it goes out. Reminders stop as soon as your books show the payment, so clients don't get chased for fees they've already paid. The tone stays polite and professional.
